Most clients start with a full design-and-build. Some come to us with a plan in hand, or a finished landscape that needs a steady caretaker.
Design + Build
From the first walkthrough to the last plant in the ground. Site survey, planting plan, hardscape drawings, and construction by our own crew.
Typical scope: $60k–$400k
Build from your plan
Already working with a landscape architect? We price, sequence, and build from their drawings — and flag anything the site disagrees with before it costs you.
Typical scope: $40k–$250k

Seasonal pruning, bed renovation, stone repair, and drainage upkeep for landscapes we built — and a few we wish we had.

How a project runs
Walk the site
We meet on your property, talk through how you actually use it, and take levels, light, and drainage readings. You get honest feedback on scope and budget the same day.
Draw the plan
Scaled plan drawings, plant schedules, and material samples you can hold. We revise until the plan is yours, then price it line by line.
Build it once
Our crew builds in sequenced phases with a posted schedule. One foreman, one point of contact, no subcontractor roulette.
