Unsafe condition

This AD results from reports of power loss on one or both engines in icing conditions. We are issuing this AD to advise the flightcrew that continuous ignition will not reduce the probability of power loss, and what action they must take to avoid this hazard. Loss of power in one or more engines during flight, if not prevented, could result in loss of control of the airplane.
