AD 2013-11-16 Airworthiness Directives; Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (Type Certificate Previously Held by Raytheon Aircraft Company) Airplanes
Makes named: raytheon, hawker beechcraft. Read the applicability below — it usually turns on serial or part numbers too.
Applicability*9
This AD applies to Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (Type Certificate Previously Held by Raytheon Aircraft Company) Model BAe.125 Series 800A (including C-29A and U-125), and 800B airplanes; and Model Hawker 800 (including variant U-125A) and 800XP airplanes; certificated in any category; modified by Aviation Partners Inc. Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) ST01411SE ( http://rgl.faa.gov/Regulatory_and_Guidance_Library/rgstc.nsf/0/1b3a5d9052d875c0862577a700704eb6/$FILE/ST01411SE.pdf ).
Compliance
Comply with this AD within the compliance times specified, unless already done.
Required actions
Within 45 days after the effective date of this AD: Revise the Limitations section of the airplane flight manual (AFM) by inserting the text specified in figure 1 to paragraph (g) of this AD adjacent to the page which states the Operational Limitations—Maximum Permissible Altitude. ER17JN13.000 Note 1 to paragraph (g) of this AD: When a statement identical to that in paragraph (g) of this AD has been included in the Limitations section of the general revisions of the AFM, the general revisions may be inserted into the AFM and the statement inserted as required by paragraph (g) of this AD may be removed.
Unsafe condition
This AD was prompted by reports of several instances of severe vibration and wing/aileron oscillation due to lack of sufficient flutter margin with winglets installed. We are issuing this AD to prevent vibration and wing/aileron oscillations, which could cause structural damage or lead to divergent flutter, and result in loss of integrity of the wing, loss of control of the airplane, and in-flight breakup.
Affected ADs
None.

You just looked this one up by hand
TrackAD holds all 12,278 of them and matches them against the aircraft you actually look after — airframe, engine, propeller and appliances in one pass — then works out what falls due and when.
- Bring your existing list in from a spreadsheet Paste the rows straight out of Excel. Headers like C/W Date and N/A are read for you.
- A copy that works when this does not One file. No internet, no login, no this software running. For the morning something has to be produced and the computer is not cooperating.
- $5 a month, or $50 a year Up to 50 aircraft on either.
