Compliance
You are responsible for having the actions required by this AD performed within the compliance times specified, unless the actions have already been done.
Required actions
At the applicable compliance times identified in paragraphs (g)(1) and (g)(2) of this AD, re-pack the forward door escape slide in accordance with the Accomplishment Instructions of Goodrich Alert Service Bulletin 4A4030-25A402, dated June 30, 2011 (for Model ERJ 170 airplanes); or Goodrich Alert Service Bulletin 104003-25A403, dated June 30, 2011 (for Model ERJ 190 airplanes). Repeat the re-packing thereafter at intervals not to exceed 18 months. (1) For escape slides that have not been repacked as of the effective date of this AD: Within 18 months after date of manufacture of the escape slide or within 6 months after the effective date of this AD, whichever occurs later. (2) For escape slides that have been repacked as of the effective date of this AD: Within 18 months after the last re-pack of the escape slide or within 6 months after the effective date of this AD, whichever occurs later.
Unsafe condition
This AD was prompted by reports of failures of the emergency slide on the forward passenger door, which prevented the door from opening. We are issuing this AD to prevent failure of the emergency slide, which can prevent the forward passenger door from opening, and which could result in impeded emergency evacuation and possible subsequent injury to passengers and flightcrew.
Affected ADs
None.

You just looked this one up by hand
TrackAD holds all 12,278 of them and matches them against the aircraft you actually look after — airframe, engine, propeller and appliances in one pass — then works out what falls due and when.
- Bring your existing list in from a spreadsheet Paste the rows straight out of Excel. Headers like C/W Date and N/A are read for you.
- A copy that works when this does not One file. No internet, no login, no this software running. For the morning something has to be produced and the computer is not cooperating.
- $5 a month, or $50 a year Up to 50 aircraft on either.
