AD 2023-03-16 Airworthiness Directives; Embraer S.A. (Type Certificate Previously Held by Yaborã Indústria Aeronáutica S.A.; Embraer S.A.) Airplanes
Models named: ERJ 190-300. Read the applicability below — it usually turns on serial or part numbers too.
Applicability*9
This AD applies to Embraer S.A. Model ERJ 190-300 airplanes, certificated in any category, serial numbers 19020009 through 19020011 inclusive.
Compliance
Comply with this AD within the compliance times specified, unless already done.
Required actions
Except as specified in paragraph (h) of this AD: Comply with all required actions and compliance times specified in, and in accordance with, ANAC AD 2022-04-02.
Unsafe condition
This AD was prompted by failed lockwires on the attachment of the left-hand main landing gear (MLG) trunnion bearing to spar 2 on a flight test airplane. These lockwires are designed to safety one shear pin to the other, keeping the integrity of the assembly through the torque applied to the shear pins. The FAA is issuing this AD to address this condition, which could result in structure vibration and possible rotation of the shear pins causing lockwire failure and shear pin migration, which could collapse the MLG structure during takeoff and landing operations.
Affected ADs
None.

You just looked this one up by hand
TrackAD holds all 12,278 of them and matches them against the aircraft you actually look after — airframe, engine, propeller and appliances in one pass — then works out what falls due and when.
- Bring your existing list in from a spreadsheet Paste the rows straight out of Excel. Headers like C/W Date and N/A are read for you.
- A copy that works when this does not One file. No internet, no login, no this software running. For the morning something has to be produced and the computer is not cooperating.
- $5 a month, or $50 a year Up to 50 aircraft on either.
