Compliance

Comply with this AD within the compliance times specified, unless already done.

Required actions

Except as specified in paragraph (h) of this AD: Comply with all required actions and compliance times specified in, and in accordance with, Transport Canada AD CF-2025-63, dated November 28, 2025 (Transport Canada AD CF-2025-63).

Unsafe condition

This AD was prompted by multiple reports of elevator autopilot control cable failure. The FAA is issuing this AD to address elevator autopilot control cable failure. The unsafe condition, if not addressed, could result in jamming of the elevator servo drum, restricting elevator movement in one direction. An elevator servo drum jam during the landing phase can result in insufficient elevator control authority and could lead to loss of continued safe flight and landing.

Affected ADs

None.
