AD 2026-03-05 Airworthiness Directives; Embraer S.A. Airplanes
Models named: EMB-505. Read the applicability below — it usually turns on serial or part numbers too.
Applicability*9
This AD applies to Embraer S.A. Model EMB-505 airplanes, serial numbers 50500004 through 50500012, 50500014, 50500016 through 50500665, and 50500667 through 50500779, certificated in any category.
Compliance
Comply with this AD within the compliance times specified, unless already done.
Required actions
Except as specified in paragraphs (h) and (i) of this AD: Comply with all required actions and compliance times specified in, and in accordance with, Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (ANAC) AD 2023-02-01R3, effective October 25, 2024 (ANAC AD 2023-02-01R3). Note 1 to paragraph (g): TASK 22-11-03-960-801-A of Embraer Phenom 300 AMM 4610 Part II MPP, Revision 65, dated November 8, 2024, contains procedures for the replacement of the aileron autopilot servo mount clutch-retaining bolt and washer.
Unsafe condition
This AD was prompted by corrosion on the clutch retaining bolt of the aileron autopilot servo mount. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition. The unsafe condition, if not addressed, could result in failure of the clutch retaining bolt of the aileron autopilot servo mount, which could disengage the clutch from the drive pin and jam the aileron controls, which could result in reduced controllability of the airplane.
Affected ADs
This AD replaces AD 2023-22-11, Amendment 39-22595 (88 FR 80565, November 20, 2023) (AD 2023-22-11).

You just looked this one up by hand
TrackAD holds all 12,278 of them and matches them against the aircraft you actually look after — airframe, engine, propeller and appliances in one pass — then works out what falls due and when.
- Bring your existing list in from a spreadsheet Paste the rows straight out of Excel. Headers like C/W Date and N/A are read for you.
- A copy that works when this does not One file. No internet, no login, no this software running. For the morning something has to be produced and the computer is not cooperating.
- $5 a month, or $50 a year Up to 50 aircraft on either.
