Models named: A350-1041. Read the applicability below — it usually turns on serial or part numbers too.

Applicability*9

This AD applies to Airbus SAS Model A350-1041 airplanes, certificated in any category, as identified in European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD 2025-0106, dated May 7, 2025 (EASA AD 2025-0106).

Compliance

Comply with this AD within the compliance times specified, unless already done.

Required actions

Except as specified in paragraph (h) of this AD: Comply with all required actions and compliance times specified in, and in accordance with, EASA AD 2025-0106.

Unsafe condition

This AD was prompted by the detection of missing chamfers under the heads of critical fasteners on the primary structure of both pylons. The FAA is issuing this AD to address missing chamfers on the left-hand (LH) and right-hand (RH) pylons. This condition, if not detected and corrected, could lead to reduced fatigue life, which could adversely affect the structural integrity of the airplane.

Affected ADs

None.
