Applicability*9

Unsafe condition

This AD was prompted by a report of oil leakage from cracks in the wall of the turbocharger valve housing due to insufficient thickness. The FAA is issuing this AD to prevent cracks in the wall of the turbocharger valve housing. The unsafe condition, if not addressed, could result in oil leakage during engine operation, smoke generation, engine compartment fire, an in-flight engine shutdown, and possible loss of control of the airplane.

Affected ADs

None.
